Kinesiology studies the connection between the brain and the body and utilizes the combination to improve the learning capacity of the patient. The basic principle is that since the brain is in constant contact with all parts of the body, a series of sensory and motor brain exercises can improve coordination between the left and right brains and help strike a balance between motor and intellectual activities.
The system works by posing a sequence of challenges to the sensory and motor nervous systems. It becomes more and more complex with each stage. As the course progresses, “thinking maps” are introduced to give the student the ability to observe the broad picture and absorb an entire spectrum of information.
Kinesiology is a key to developing the capacity for psychological analysis and provides tools that can penetrate deeply into the function of the brain.
There is also the option of background workshops that broaden the student’s knowledge of related topics.
The theoretical component of the course is taught by an instructor who has a Ph.D. Practical application is also done under the guidance of the teacher. The physiology and anatomy course is taught by a doctor.
Course duration: The kinesiology course is composed of twelve units and divided into four levels of 3 units each.
Level 1: 25 sessions of 4 academic hours each
The course requires the study of physiology and anatomy (25 sessions of 4 academic hours each).
Level 2: 25 sessions of 4 academic hours each
Level 3: 25 sessions of 4 academic hours each
Level 4: 25 sessions of 4 academic hours each
